Following an urgent repair of Cloud Folders, we identified an issue with high disk activity. As a result you may have experienced poor responsiveness within a VM's OS, or when first connecting to a machine for approximately 60 minutes. Our engineers were able to quickly resolve the issue and service returned to normal. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
